Account Deletion Request – Vel Spa App

Users of the Vel Spa mobile application may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account, please do one of the following:

• Email us at support@mavenhive.io using the email address registered in the app
• Include the subject: “Account Deletion Request”

Data that will be deleted

Upon verification, we will permanently delete:

• User profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Booking history
• App usage records linked to your account

Data retention

Certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes for up to 90 days, after which they will be securely deleted.
